    KLD-C-CODcr is an automatic on-line analyzer independently developed by KLD. Measuring Principle

    KLD-C-CODcr is based on GB11914-1989 Water Quality-Determination of the Chemical Oxygen Demand-Dichromate Method. Quantified potassium dichromate solution is added into water sample. After high-temperature digestion in strong acidic condition & with silver salt as catalyst, chromateⅥ is reduced to chromateⅢ by oxygen-demanding organics & reducing substances. The decrement of ChromateⅥ is determined by photoelectric colorimetry. The analyzer then calculates the CODcr value of the sample directly by comparing the measured sample value with the calibration curve established by standard sample.
